There will be a few changes in 2020. No change in how hard our Lawyer is working on this case or how many hours I devote to this cause. We both put in minimal six days a week, 12 hours a day. Yes, in 2020, we will be getting additional Legal help, but with that, there is a cost. Since I mentioned, COST Legal battles cost money. But so would your RX drug coverage that the State took away. You been saved from Medicare ONLY for TWO years PLUS and still counting. However, sadly donations had dropped! We cannot let just a handful of people support a fight that affects us all.
So starting 2020, if you have not donated to our legal fund in the past ten months, I will be removing you from the We Matter RX drug coverage group page. I question why are you on here? I have some hardship cases that people reached out to me on, and they most certainly get a pass. But in the review of the numbers, I know there are about 48,000 plus retirees and there are about 3000 on the Facebook page, yet only 250 to 300 give each month. I WANT TO THANK THE ONES THAT GIVE – it keeps this litigation going and I appreciate the support. Anyone who has been a member for at least ten months and has not donated I WILL REMOVE. If the lawsuit is not successful, the lawmakers can change this benefit anytime they choose. Either you care about this or you don’t. So this is one of the changes in 2020.
